The 18th and final floor of 565 Quincy is now in place. A construction milestone referred to as the "topping off" of a building. 565 homeowners, friends and the Belgravia family celebrated the "topping off" in tapas style in the Quincy sales center July 31st.
Guests enjoyed bottomless glasses of red and white wine sangria and snacked on a variety of Spain-inspired hors d'oeuvres as they mingled with their new neighbors.
Two topics that created quite a buzz throughout the event were the newly hung balconies and the update on the highly anticipated Q Room. Quincy homeowners were able to actually see their future balcony and many spent time speculating about their views from different sides of the building. Jon McCulloch gave the crowd the latest scoop on the community room, sharing samples of what would soon become the onsite putting green and describing the latest features of the bowling alley--electronic scoring and underground ball return.
To everyone who attended, "Thank you" and "Gracias".
