Tyler joined Belgravia at the beginning of 2023 as a Development Manager. Tyler manages aspects of each phase of the development process, from concept and underwriting all the way through delivery. Tyler has 3 years of experience in construction management at general contractors and 4 years of experience at a real estate developer as both a construction manager and developer. He originally is from central Illinois but has spent 4.5 years in Detroit before returning to Chicago at the end of 2022 to work for Belgravia. He has a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in urban planning from Wayne State University and is an accredited urban planner.
