In 2022, we began a new chapter in our Belgravia Group story. No one knows a Belgravia home better than us, and our in-house sales and marketing team is available seven days a week to assist buyers in the selection of their new home.
Design
The in-house design team at Belgravia Group works one-on-one with our home buyers to create a unique individual aesthetic for each new Belgravia home. Our talented designers create and curate an extensive catalog of fixtures and material finishes, meet with buyers to guide them through the selections process, and then interface with our contractors to ensure each home is built to the owner's specifications.
Legal
The in-house legal team at Belgravia manages all internal and external legal affairs to ensure a seamless process for all who do business with Belgravia. From the drafting of contract to acquire a new project site, to the closing on an individual condominium unit, our legal team is involved in all phases of the development cycle.
Customer Service
Customer service is at the heart of Belgravia, and our customer service team is a core component in the Belgravia home buying process. The customer service manager will conduct each homeowner's initial home orientation walk through, and then coordinate the completion of punch list and warranty service items with our contractors. This single point of contact provides our homeowners clarity and seamless communication between the development team and the project contractors.

Lakewest Venture Partners, an affiliate of Belgravia Group, Ltd., was formed in 2013 to pursue early stage investment opportunities in Chicago. The company has invested in over 30 companies to date. It is led by David W. "Buzz" Ruttenberg, David Mann and Jonathan McCulloch. In 2016, Lakewest joined forces with Omaha, NE based Dundee Venture Capital. Together, Lakewest and Dundee now operate a $31 million seed and early-stage fund focused on investing in the best Midwest entrepreneurs.
