Belgravia Group has sold over 70% of the units at Portico, a luxury condominium project located in North Scottsdale. The developers sold 20 condos during July and August. There are still two‑, three- and four-bedroom apartments available for purchase at Portico, with prices ranging from $900,000 to $2 million.
