Developer seeking buyers for high-end north Scottsdale Atavia condominiums

A luxury real estate developer is looking to sell remaining units in Atavia, a high-end condominium project in north Scottsdale.

PHOENIX — A luxury real estate developer is looking to sell remaining units in Atavia, a high-end condominium project in north Scottsdale.

The lavish 88-unit development is located near Pinnacle Peak and Scottsdale roads.

Atavia is currently under construction and 45% of its luxurious homes are reserved. The units are scheduled to be completed in Fall 2026.

Details on north Scottsdale Atavia luxury condominiums Chicago-based Belgravia Group is a 75-year-old award-winning real estate development company overseeing the project. The developer is looking to fill purchase contracts for the remaining two, three and four-bedroom condominiums, which range from the mid $800,000s to $1.7 million in price. Some floor plans include in-unit elevators and private rooftop decks. Additionally, each home features private entries and attached two-car garages.


“With Atavia, we’ve crafted a project that offers both form and function,” Belgravia Group CEO Jonathan McCulloch said in a Monday press release. “The homes have front doors which open the streets surrounding the project, capturing and complementing a sense of urban placemaking within the master development, while our interior courtyards and clubhouse bring together the community in spaces designed for enjoyment and lasting memories.”

KTGY is in charge of Atavia’s architecture and floor plans range from more than 1,500 to 3,000 square feet in size. Other home features include 10-foot ceilings, Italian cabinetry and luxury Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Buyers have the option to work with an in-house design team to customize their homes.

Homeowners will have access to a clubhouse inspired by the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin West.

Amenities include a sparkling pool and spa, a fitness center, private indoor and outdoor yoga studios, a golf simulator and green courtyards.

Phoenix-based Cambridge Properties is behind the sales of the luxurious condos. Atavia and Portico are residential projects are part of DMB’s One Scottsdale, a mixed-use development area near the Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road.


When the project is completed, there will be 2.8 million square feet of shopping, restaurant and office space and a total of 2,000 residential units and 400 hotel rooms.
