Portico North Scottsdale in Development

Belgravia Group, an award-winning development firm from Chicago, has just made its grand debut in the Phoenix market with Portico North Scottsdale, a collection of luxury condominiums that overlook the McDowell Mountains.

The collection of condos will feature 112 spaces situated on Scottsdale Road and Loop 101. The development plan will include up to 2.8 million square feet of retail and office space, 2,000 residential spaces and 400 hotel rooms once completed. In addition to its living areas, Portico will also house an outdoor pool, a clubhouse and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Future residents will have the option to choose from a one-, two-, three- or four-bedroom floor plan, with add-ons like dens available for an additional cost. Each home will feature up to 540 square feet of outdoor space for a private backyard-style feel, with modern finishes and a customizable color palette.

We have followed this market for many years, and we believe its ongoing growth and a strong community is a natural fit for our approach to thoughtful design and home-building,” says Jonathan McCulloch, co-CEO of Belgravia Group, in a press release.

For those interested, Portico’s sales center will open in Spring 2022 in the Kierland One office building. Potential buyers will have the opportunity to work with Belgravia’s design team to personalize their home with lighting preferences, wiring layouts and finishes. One-bedroom condos start at $540,000; four-bedroom condos at $1,420,000.
