With more than 75 years of experience in real estate development, Belgravia Group has assembled a dynamic team that translates to seamless transactions for clients and brokers. CEO Jonathan McCulloch attributes the entrepreneurial spirit at the root of Belgravia’s success to founder David W. “Buzz” Ruttenberg, a Chicago industry visionary whose active leadership continues to guide the firm.

Belgravia’s initiatives are fueled by its customer-first commitment and depth of experience. Chairman Alan Lev joined Buzz at the company in 1989. He has been spending winters in Scottsdale for the last decade and drew upon the unmissable links with Chicago to initiate the company’s search for opportunities in the Phoenix/Scottsdale market. After a multi-year process, Belgravia launched Portico — a collection of 112 luxury condominiums in North Scottsdale, which was 45% sold before construction began. McCulloch noted, “Our expansion to Scottsdale was driven by the parallels we saw with the Chicago market, where luxury buyers desire the types of homes we are known for building – condominiums that live like single-family homes with gracious and thoughtful floor plans, high-caliber construction and elevated finishes.”

Rounding out the leadership team are Liz Brooks, executive vice president of sales and marketing, and Michael Levine, senior vice president, who oversees project management.
