Gena oversees the entire process for every new Belgravia home purchase from contract to closing. In her role as Transaction Coordinator, Gena works with buyers, attorneys, sales agents, title officers and lenders. Her responsibilities include the timely management/coordination of communication and correspondence, updates, documentation, document production, earnest money, scheduling, transaction data and details. In addition to her role as Transaction Coordinator for Belgravia, Gena is a legal assistant for the law firm of Ruttenberg Gilmartin Reis LLC. Gena is a valuable asset to the law firm as she assists with all of the aspects involved with the transactions practice of the firm. Gena also uses the tools and processes she has developed for Belgravia for third party clients. Gena joined Belgravia Group in 2004, bringing with her a keen attention to detail and a knack for engineering creative solutions.
