Michael Hampton
Michael Hampton has been a top producing broker since beginning his real estate career in 1997. He is a sales leader, having worked for some of the most successful real estate companies and developers in Chicago. In 2011, Michael took over the sales and marketing for Belgravia's CA23 in the West Loop, a project that had stalled for another developer during the recession. He subsequently sold over $15 million dollars worth of homes single-handedly in just one year. Prior to joining Belgravia, Michael worked for MCL Companies and took over several ailing communities. He was able to sell over $19 million dollars worth of properties in the first year after obtaining his real estate license. Michael has brought his experience and savvy to several other markets while working for Garrison Partners. With condominium developments in Minneapolis, Providence, Dallas, and Norfolk, Michael not only sold the homes, but aided in the design and marketing strategies for each of several communities. Michael is an experienced residential real estate professional. In addition to his passion for working with buyers and sellers, he has also developed strong relationships with hundreds of brokers throughout the city and suburbs.
In his personal time, Michael has a strong passion for theater and is an Ensemble Member of two theater companies; Hell in a Handbag and Pride Films and Plays. He has lived in the Edgewater neighborhood for over 10 years and is frequently seen on the lakefront or walking through Andersonville.
